Trash & Recycling Information
All trash and recycling should be stored in cans at the rear of the home. The community rules state that "Trash, garbage and other waste shall be kept only in sanitary containers and such shall not be visible from the streets". This includes small trash containers used to store dog waste.

If written notice is ignored for 15 days, the HOA reserves the right to hire a private contractor to relocate any trash and recycling to the rear of the home at the homeowner’s expense. These Enforcement Assessments are subject to 18% annual interest and applicable legal fees. Unpaid Assessments will become a lien against the property.
