HOME OWNER ASSOCIATION DUES

HOA dues are managed by Alliance Management LLC, a professional property management firm (www.allmg.net). Alliance can help you set up any of several payment options, including automatic transfer from your bank account.. Payments are to be in the hands of Alliance Management by the end of the month or postmarked on or before the end of the month. Failure to pay dues on time will result in late fees and interest charges.

Penalties:

If payment is received after the 15th of the month, you will be charged a late fee of $15 per month (in addition to he dues themselves).
