HOME OWNER ASSOCIATION DUES
HOA dues are managed by Alliance Management LLC, a professional property management firm (www.allmg.net). Alliance can help you set up any of several payment options, including automatic transfer from your bank account. Payments are to be in the hands of Alliance Management by the end of the month or postmarked on or before the end of the month. Failure to pay dues on time will result in late fees and interest charges.
Penalties:
If payment is received after the 15th of the month, you will be charged a late fee of $15 per month (in addition to the monthly dues).

1) Online Payments via e-check or credit card* (One Time & Recurring Options) through the Association’s Banking (SmartStreet powered by Banc of California, formerly Pacific Western Bank).
a. How does it work? Set up a one-time or recurring payment using e-Check, or credit card* (see note below regarding transaction fee for credit card payments)
b. What do I need to do? Simply follow the directions below:
1. Log in to www.allmg.net
2. Select “Online Services” – “Make a Payment”
3. You will be connected to SmartStreet to set up payment for your Association.
4. Follow the instructions on their website
5. E-check transactions are free
*Note: There is a bank charge of $14.95 for a convenience fee and a $5,000 maximum per transaction, if you pay via credit card.

2) Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay
a. How does it work? Set up your HOA as a payee with your bank’s online banking bill-pay.
b. What do I need to do?
Please complete your bill-pay setup exactly as follows:

3) Coupons mailed via US Mail
a. How does it work? You write a check and mail it in every time your assessment is due.
b. What do I need to do?
1. You will automatically receive a coupon book at the end of each year to start the upcoming year payments.
2. If you are a new Homeowner, you can mail payments without coupons. You will receive a coupon book when they are mailed to all owners at the end of the year.
3. Be sure to include your account number on your check.
4. Include coupon (if you have one) with check, made payable to your homeowner’s association and mail to:
