HOMEOWNERS MEETING 4/7/10
The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by Dan Pugh, President, with
two other board members and three homeowners present. Barbara Fuller
distributed the Treasurer’s Report. Total expenditures for March were
$35,435.74. Assets include: operating account: $15,982.40 and reserve
account $130,043.84. The bill for the February snowstorms put us over
budget in this category.
Old Business
The Board discussed the upcoming May visit by the Parkville Police
officer. Hopefully, there will be good attendance by the homeowners.
This is a chance for all to bring up safety concerns that affect the
community. There was a discussion about the broken light and sign at the
entrance to the Association. Repairs such as these are covered by the
monthly homeowner fees.
The Board also discussed the recent ARC walkthroughs. There are an
unusually large number of violations to the CSHOA covenants. The ARC
representatives are volunteers and work hard to ensure that all homes
are kept in good condition so that overall property values are
maintained.
