Guidelines and Standards for Exterior Paint

All exterior colors on doors, bay windows, shutters and trim must remain as original colors.  Click here to see to see a list of all homes in Cromwell Station and their original Sherwin Williams colors.   "Marooned" is the color paint used for the roofs of bay windows.  Use the code numbers below to have paint custom-mixed at your Sherwin Williams dealer.   Click here and here to see all the original paint chips.  Some colors are no longer available.  Other brands are acceptable as long as the color match is as close as possible.  You can print the paint chip chart and have your dealer scan it to find the equivalent in another brand.  To make the paint chip chart larger, put your mouse pointer over the photo.  It will turn into a "magnifying glass."  You can click on the photo and it will enlarge.
