| ASSOCIATION DUESPayments are to be in the hands of Site Realty by the end of the month or postmarked on or before the end of the month. Failure to pay dues on time will result in late fees and interest charges. To avoid late fees, you may pay your dues for the entire year, semi-annually or by quarter. Just send a check with a single payment voucher and note the number of months your payment will cover. Penalties: If your payment is more than 30 days late, you lose your ability to comment on any community action, run for office, vote for officers or vote on any issue brought to a community vote. If your payment is more than 60 days late, a lien will be filed on your property and your mortgage company will be notified of the lien. A lien will prevent the sale or transfer of the deed to another person or party. It will also prevent refinancing or the sale of your mortgage from one company to another. Interest and fines will continue to be charged. If payment delinquency exceeds 120 days, the community will initiate foreclosure proceedings against your property. The HOA regrets having to take these actions. However, we do our best to keep the Association dues reasonable for the services provided. It is a matter of fairness to the majority of homeowners who pay their dues on time.
