BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MEETINGS

The HOA Board of Directors holds a public meeting at 7:00 pm the first Wednesday of every month at Harford Hills Elementary School, Old Harford Road and Joppa Road.  All Cromwell Station residents are invited, but only Board members can vote.

The Board of Directors is an elected body made up of residents of Cromwell Station.  Five members (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Member-at-Large) serve one to three year terms with elections held each fall.

If you have issues or concerns, please contact the property management firm RCM.   The RCM representative will work with you directly and/or contact the appropriate HOA official.

Issues Outside Control of the Board:

  • Asking the police to ticket a speeder or reckless driver

  • Fining a property owner for disturbing the peace

  • Getting involved in personal disputes between neighbors

  • Assigning or reserving parking spaces

  • Fining animal owners for actions occurring on private property

Keep in mind that we do not own the areas where garbage cans are placed, nor the sidewalks (in most cases) nor the grassy area between the sidewalks and the street.  We also do not own or control the parking pads and streets.  These areas are all controlled by Baltimore County.

The Board receives its direction from the by-laws of the Homeowners Association.  The Association instructs the Board of Directors to maintain the fiscal health of the association and preserve or increse the value of the properties within the community by improving the common areas and ensuring that improvements made by homeowners follow association regulations

In carrying out its duties, the Board priortizes its efforts as follows:

  • Safety

  • Regulation enforcement (ARC)

  • Communication

  • Landscaping

  • Other community issues
